We have been to visit Valais Wanders today to be the first people to test out their brand new business venture. What a place! Located on the foothills of the Cheviots is Kypie Farm, and Anne and family have something really special just starting out. We were super lucky to be the "guinea pigs" Every thing went great and we will definitely be booking again as its just so different.

Valais Wanders, currently have up to 4 sheep available to walk and it's such a fantastic thing to do with the family. They are hoping to add more sheep in the future.

We walked all 4 sheep today and I think Elliot had it easy with Larry who walked like a dream (most of the time ). The sheep reminded me of Old English Sheepdogs from behind with all there floof. You also get to stop and give the sheep a little treat. You do have to be fairly strong as they can pull a bit but honestly they are so fab to walk. (Much easier than Alpacas)

From start to finish everything was very professional and we had a great time. The walks last just under 2 hours (this just depends on routes and if the sheep see a tasty bit of grass they really want) Anne's boys also joined us on the walk and they were super knowledgeable and when my boys had questioned they were quick to answer. A very well done to Anne and family on such a fantastic new business.
