If you ask the boys to name one thing that they would eat with every meal if they could, they would answer with.. Mums Greek style potatoes! Craig would probably say the same too. These spuds are absolutely delicious and have so much flavour.
Ingredients
Potatoes - you can use salad or any other small type of potato would do.
100 ml olive oil
400 ml water
2 large garlic cloves
75 ml lemon juice
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 chicken stock cubes
pepper to season
Method
Preheat the oven to gas mark 4
Grab a mixing bowl and add everything except the potatoes to the bowl. Mix until combined and then chop the potatoes in half and place into an oven proof dish. Pour over the mix and place in the oven for around 1 and a half hours. You will get the most delicious crispy but fluffy lemon style potatoes that you will just want to keep eating.
