There's loads going on over October Half Term, some free, cheap and a bit pricey so I thought I would make a list of some of the bargain ideas. Christmas is not too far away so I totally understand people will be wanting to save as much money as possible so I hope these ideas give you a bit of inspiration.

🍄Durham Oriental Museum have some crafts running throughout the holidays, its also free to visit.
🍄Chaotic Roman museum trail - Hancock Museum, also free to enter and enjoy the exhibits.
🍄There's a Ghost hunt at Druridge Bay Country Park, you can also get a treat if you find them all. Free to enter and you can access the gorgeous beach here for a crisp Autumn walk.
🍄Hexham Spook Night - 26th October 2pm-9pm
🍄Visit Hopetown- We loved all of the interactive displays, its free to visit and there's events evening throughout the holidays
🍄Check out the new collection shed at Locomotion - The museum is free to visit and is worth a visit in my opinion.
